Every Australian should have a will and Gilchrist Foundation offers two easy ways all Australians can quickly get a legal will:

1. Using our BROCHURE as a guide and engaging their own solicitor, at their own expense, or

2. Using our special partnership with Gathered Here to write their will for FREE.

1. To help anyone using their own solicitor to write their will, we have prepared a BROCHURE which outlines the options and the suggested wording for your Will. 2. Alternatively they can use our FREE WILLS service. We have partnered with Gathered Here to provide this totally free and unrestricted service. Using this service, they can very quickly draft a legal Will and include any Gifts they wish.
